A full suspension mountain bike has both front and rear suspension, while a hardtail only has front suspension. Full suspension bikes offer more comfort and control on rough terrain, while hardtails are typically lighter and better for climbing.
All our coaches are certified through the Professional Mountain Bike Instructor Association (PMBIA) at a minimum of Level 1.
Bike-body separation allows us to take corners faster, ride over rough terrain, and provides more balance and control on our bikes. It is essential for staying safe and having the most fun we can on our bikes.
